brand new housing estate is being constructed in the first half
of 2001 just a mile and a half south of the Junction of I-4 and
Route 27 and therefore approximately 15 minutes from Disney World
and 25 minutes from Sea World.
On
the two neighbouring estates the builder is constructing a number
of 4 and 5 bedroom bungalows which will have wheelchair access.
The houses will be ideal for families with one person who is a
wheelchair user as there will be at least one large bedroom which
will have plenty of turning space and one wheel-in shower and
toilet. The first houses are now available for renting.

facilities which will be available.

security deposit must be handed to the Management Agents on
collecting the keys.
The sum of $250.00 must be handed over in cash or travellers
cheques only.
If there is no damage or problem the £250, or the appropriate
amount will be returned to the guests.
- Arrival/departure
day is normally a Saturday but we can possibly accommodate other
days.
