• Surcharge of £20 per week £5 per day for all cars picked up between 01 July and 20 August

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• In Terminal Convenience
  Dollar's locations are located in the airport terminal. To collect the car simply go to the Dollar Rent a Car counter after baggage reclaim.

• Rental Requirements
  Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid UK licence, drivers under 25 years old are subject to an additional fee. The rates in the brochure are only available when pr-booked in the UK. All rentals include unlimited mileage.

• Availability of Cars
  Dollar have a large fleet of primarily Daimler Chrysler cars, however cars can be reserved only by car category and not by specific model. If for any reason the car reserved is unavailable, Dollar will provide a similar or larger car at no extra cost.

• Upgrading the Car
  It is important to reserve the right car for your party, however, upgrading to a larger car can be done at the time of rental, subject to availability. The cost of the upgrade will be shown separately on the rental agreement.

• Infant Seats
  By law, children under 5 years of age must be properly secured in a child passenger restraint.
  IMPORTANT- Parents/Guardians will be asked to install these restraints themselves

• Fuel
  The vehicle will be issued with a full tank of petrol and the client should return the vehicle empty as there will be no refunds for unused fuel.

• One way Rentals
  There are no charges for one-way rentals within Participating Locations in the State of Florida. All other one-way rentals are subject to a drop charge and must be requested in advance.

• Emergency Roadside Assistance
  Dollar offersa 24 hour emergency assistance free of charge. In the unlikely event of mechanical failure call: 1-800-235-9393
• Driving Areas
  Cars may be driven into any State: Some cars may be driven into Canada, but must be returned to the rental location in the USA.

INSURANCES

• Limited Liability Cover:
  Limited Third Party cover is included in the car rental cost, and provides some cover to the Renter and authorised Drivers should they injure or damage property of a third party. Although UK law requires car insurance to include Unlimited Third Party Coverage, in the USA this is not the case and each State establishes a minimum legal level of coverage. This may be as low as $10,000 USD per person up to $20,000 USD per accident in some States, and could leave you financially exposed in the event of a claim in excess of the State Legal Level of coverage. Therefore we strongly recommend SLI.

• Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI);
  This provides the Renter and additional authorised Renters $1,000,000 USD in protection. this protection covers your liability to third parties, resulting from an Auto Accident in the Rented Vehicle, for bodily injury and property damage (other than the Rental vehicle) to the maximum protection of $1,000,000 USD for each occurence.

• Loss Damage Waiver (LDW):
  LDW is included in all rates shown in this Brochure and protects the Renter from financial responsibility for the rented vehicle should it be stolen, damaged or vandalised in any way regardless of fault.

  Voucher Credit: the items included on your pre-paid voucher will show as pre-paid on the rental agreement. All other charges are the responsibility of the renter.
