Florida- General Information

Bed-linen and towels are included in each house. However we suggest you bring your own beach/pool towels as these often get covered in sun-tan oil etc. Electricity and water usage is included.

Pool heating is included in particular properties as per the description, other wise you must pay for this facility directly to the Management company in Florida.

Air-conditioning is included in the price.
Please do not set the temperature lower than 75 degrees, otherwise the units will be constantly running. If the unit freezes the only way this happens is when the settings have been set too low. In this case you will be charged for the maintenance call-out and repair.

The air-conditioning is dual purpose and can be used for heating if you experience an unexpected cold spell. (God forbid you might say but it occasionally happens !!!!) Each house will have a schedule for garbage collection.

It is an offence to leave the garbage can (dustbin) outside the house once it is empty over-night. You can collect your keys and gain entry to the house after 4pm on the first day and you must return the key/vacate the house by 10 am or 11am on the morning of departure.

Please leave the house tidy with the beds stripped etc. If extra cleaning is required, owing to spillages etc you will be charged.

A few hints: Bring a small supply of your preferred brands of coffee or tea. Bring a small bottle of washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. You might only need to wash a couple of empty coffee cups or the remains of a take-away but it is useful !!!!
