well established estate of houses and bungalows 10 minutes drive
from Disney World and only minutes from Splendid China. The houses
here are not specially adapted but they are spacious and can accommodate
wheelchairs.
There
is a two storey house with one bedroom on the ground floor and
three on the first floor.
This
house has a Private swimming pool. The pool deck has a dining
area with patio chairs etc.
The
master bedroom (double bed), has en-suite bath and shower, it
leads directly out to the poolside deck
The shower is not wheelchair accessible nor is there space under
the sink
there is however, a large transfer seat for the bath tub.
Bedroom
2 has 1 double bed, Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds
and Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed- all sharing a separate bathroom
upstairs.
Lounge
with large patio window overlooking the pool. TV.
Dining
area and Kitchen with full facilities (i.e. dishwasher, fridge/freezer
microwave etc.)
Utility
room with washing machine and dryer. Double Garage with table
tennis table and mini-gym.
Door
width minimum of 80cm - A small step to the pool deck
A
bond of £100 will be added to your invoice. This will be
returned to you if there are no breakages etc.
Arrival/departure
day is normally a Saturday but we can possibly accommodate other
days.
