The Bungalow on a large plot of land provides:-

• Private heated swimming pool with poolside hoist. The pool deck is very large and has a shaded dining area with patio chairs etc.

• Master bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite wheel-in shower area and toilet. Left transfer possible with grab-bar at toilet. Patio window leads out to the pool-deck and LANAI.

• Master bedroom 2 has two beds and also has an en-suite wheel-in shower and toilet. Left transfer possible with grab-bar at the toilet. There is access to the pool-deck from the shower.

• In both bathrooms there is ample space under the sinks to sit and wash or do your make-up!

• Bedrooms 3 & 4 - twin beds - sharing separate bathroom (not fully accessible).

• In 3 of the bedrooms there is a low level clothes rail.

• Lounge with large patio window overlooking the pool. TV.

• Dining area and kitchen with every amenity (i.e. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.)

• Double garage with washing machine and dryer.

• Shower chair available. Other equipment can be hired.

• Door sizes and heights are available on request.
